AP CAPITAL is a subsidiary company of ACCESSO GROUP, dedicated to develop and operate in exclusive for Mexico the Hotel 6 brand, through the investment vehicle APC Mexico Hotel Fund I.

EXCLUSIVENESS

AP CAPITAL has the EXCLUSIVE contract for development and operational management of the brand in Mexico, targeting the 3 and 4 star markets. G6 Hospitality, creator of the brand Hotel 6, operates more than 1,430 hotels in the United States and Canada.

IDENTITY

Each hotel has its own identity that harmonizes with each destination; some of its rooms include kitchenettes and are modern. This offers different experiences to the specific demand of each market, and achieves customer satisfaction and profits.

DEVELOPMENT

AP CAPITAL has an aggressive development plan for the next 5 years, a total of 20 hotels of the brand Hotel 6 will be opened in different cities of Mexico.

On November 8, 2018, at the Camino Real hotel in Mexico City, within the Real Estate Business Expo, AP CAPITAL launched its first International Private Hotel Capital Fund. He also hosted the Private Capital Hotel Fund Workshop: Hotel 6 MEXICO where they participated as part of the panel: Salim Dahdah, CEO of AP CAPITAL, in the company of CIO Michael Zajas and architect Guadalupe Peñuñuri, as well as the firm’s top executives from G6 Hospitality, Jeff Stephenson, Vice President of US Development and Oscar Cárdenas, Senior Manager of franchises in Mexico and specialized advisors Floris Iking, Director of A & M México; Mr. Lorenzo Ruiz de Velasco from Baker McKenzie.

Ground Breaking
Plaza Inméderic Hermosillo, Sonora.

February 20, 2019

In Hermosillo, Sonora, took place the introduction of a new destination focused on health named Plaza Inméderic, which consists of a medical tower, and a commercial plaza with a modern Hotel 6.

With this event the host ACCESSO GROUP, under the general direction of Salim Dahdah’s and AHP INMÉDERIC, announced the ground breaking for the commercial mixed use development construction in the medical cluster of the Vado del Río area, on Reforma street in Hermosillo, Sonora.

In the afternoon of the same day a reception was held to present videos of the architecture and interiors, the model and the details of the complex.
